Deer Accounting offers in-house Indiana Notary services! Notarial acts of service include acting as a witness to a first, second, or third party document(s) as well as signing these documents. Please bring a form of personal identification and not an expired ID. These are only available by appointment, so they must be called in advance.
Bookkeeping
Deer Accounting will manage all of a business's bookkeeping needs such as: recording transactions from day to day spending, deposits and expenses from vendors, preparing financial statements, and identifying any pressing financial issues within the business. This service is easily customizable based on clients' need.
Tax Preparation
Tax Preparation
Deer Accounting will prepare, file, and assist with tax returns. Appointments are available upon request, but drop offs are welcome too.
Payroll Services
Our payroll services help other businesses meet tax and deposit obligations as well as managing direct deposits, employee information, attendance, and workers' compensation on behalf of the employer(s).

Because it is cloud-based, clients can access their accounting information from anywhere. QBO also has tools to facilitate collaboration between clients and your Deer Accounting Account Managers. Additionally, QBO can be integrated with products that best service your industry.
ProAdvisor
A QuickBooks ProAdvisor is a certification designation provided by Intuit (QBO Parent Company). ProAdvisors are accounting professionals who have completed specific training for QuickBooks products. ProAdvisors have training aimed at setup, troubleshooting, and optimizing QBO for various business needs.
